Enjoy this one hour total body workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat. Coach Scott and Coach Brook start out with a warm-up, then grab the dumbbells for some standing dumbbell action before hitting the benches and ultimately wrapping up with 15 minutes of cardio body-weight burn.
Recommended equipment:
Dumbbells (or Kettlebells)
Bench/Box
Chair/Barstool
This workout is 55 minutes with warm-up, 3 rounds of work featuring 16 movements each (45 seconds work, 10 seconds rest with each movement), 72 second hydration intervals following each round and a cool-down.
